Position Summary:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for handling multiple, often fast-track equipment rebuild/repair/modification projects in the field of environmental air pollution control for customers in diverse industries across North America and Asia. Project size ranges from $20K to $10M. The PM performs project & process engineering, generates & maintains the schedule, forecasts & maintains all costs & scope changes. Manages all communication with the Customer. The PM develops mechanical scopes of work and requisitions mechanical equipment and subcontractors. Works closely with the Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and Service departments to ensure successful project completion. Some travel is required, potentially overseas.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Detailed development and monitoring of the bid pack project schedule in conjunction with the master project schedules and purchasing
- Ensure that the project scope of work is fully understood by the project team
- Develop a project schedule with the planning manager and with other departments
- Coordinate client information (e.g., project scope) with other departments
- Coordinate invoicing of vendors and of the client with project accounting
- Prepare client change orders
- Development of cost reports and monthly updates
- Preparation of cost reports and monthly updates
- Develop and write cost reports for projects, including cockpit charts where applicable
- Work within the guidelines of the Dürr Group project management manual and other Dürr BOS procedures
- Monitor site activities for schedule compliance, costs, and health and safety
- Attend and facilitate project coordination meetings
- Clarification and finalization of bid documents
- Chair and/or support project meetings
- Prepare monthly project progress updates for the customer as required
- Project cash flow projections
- Risk management identifies, manages, and controls project risks
- Provide mentoring to associate project managers and graduate trainees
- Conduct internal project closeout meeting, generate and distribute closeout report
- Close out the project with the customer and obtain final
