We have an opening for a Coordinator, Talent Development.

The Coordinator, Talent Development plays a crucial support role in the execution, coordination, and administration of the Firm's professional development initiatives, with a primary focus on Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programming for attorneys.

This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of all training events, from initial scheduling and material preparation to managing logistics. The Coordinator acts as a key administrative and compliance resource, maintaining the Firm's CLE database, preparing documentation for CLE accreditation, and advising attorneys on compliance requirements. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service that supports the continuous professional growth of the Firm's talent.

In this capacity, the Coordinator, Talent Development will:

  • Support Firm's training/CLE programs, including Associate Training Initiative;
  • Provide support for in-person and virtual trainings, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, drafting/sending invitations, reviewing/compiling training materials, and preparing/processing surveys;
  • Assist with the Firm's CLE/CPD training, including maintaining lawyer CLE database (CE Manager);
  • Prepare CLE application forms and documentation for accreditation purposes for in-house/client programs, including tracking and reporting attendance post-program;
  • Consult with and advise attorneys and administrative professionals regarding CLE/CPD compliance;
  • Support and respond to CLE Inbox inquiries after researching and confirming CLE protocols and processes;
  • Maintain and enter programs in the Learning Management System ("LMS")/eLearning Library;
  • Seek opportunities to continue to learn, innovate, and improve; and
  • Stay current on legal professional development trends/best practices and share with the Talent Development team.

Proficiencies:

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment;
  • Demonstrated proactive and growth mindset;
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism;
  • Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize data;
  • Interest in and curiosity about CLE; research and internet search proficiency; and
  • Strong research skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (required);
  • At least 2 years' professional services experience; and
  • Some CLE familiarity or experience (preferred).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $59,900 and a maximum of $74,600 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
