Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 10+ years of expertise in software quality assurance to lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring QA teams while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.

· Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.

· Review requirements, design documents, and provide feedback from a quality perspective.

· Manage and mentor QA team members, including manual and automation testers.

· Coordinate with development, product, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

· Oversee test automation strategy and execution.

· Track QA metrics and ensure continuous improvement in quality processes.

· Ensure compliance with project timelines and delivery goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

· Proven experience in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.

· Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies.

· Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).

· Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently and lead distributed teams.

Nice to Have:

· Experience in API, performance, and security testing.

· Cloud or enterprise application testing experience.

· Domain experience (Telecom, Healthcare, Finance, etc.) is a plus.

· Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders due to client requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
