Auto Collision Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Collision Technician to join our dynamic team. Must have minimum 5 years Car O Liner experience. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles following collisions or damage, ensuring they meet safety standards and look their best. Your expertise will help bring vehicles back to their original condition, providing exceptional service and craftsmanship. Duties

• Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment to restore vehicles to factory specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and sheet metal fabrication techniques to repair or replace damaged parts efficiently.
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto restoration projects, and assembly of repaired parts.
• Use auto estimating software to assess damages accurately and communicate repair needs effectively with customers and team members.
• Handle heavy lifting safely during parts replacement or vehicle repositioning, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

• Qualifications
• Car O Liner - 5 years minimum experience
• I-Car Certifications Required
• Proven experience in auto body repair or collision repair shops is required.
• Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication with a strong understanding of automotive welding techniques.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other auto body repair equipment.
• Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles for effective communication with clients.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
• Knowledge of automotive restoration processes and experience with auto painting or auto restoration projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures combined with excellent craftsmanship in auto body work.
