• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages with style and grace
• Keep tables clean and well-maintained throughout service
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with care
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Share your knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine pairings with curious diners
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, team-oriented atmosphere

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience in a busy restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus, but not required (we'll teach you)
• Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and carry heavy trays
