Snowplow Truck Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Snowplow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating snowplow trucks to clear residential driveways during winter snow events. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficient route management, and excellent driving skills. Prior experience with various types of trucks and driving environments is highly valued. Experience with front and back boss blades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks to clear snow and ice from driveways and snow-blow city pathways efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate logs of routes driven, materials used, and work completed during each shift.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route status, road conditions, and any issues encountered during operations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating heavy-duty vehicles.
• Assist with minor vehicle maintenance or troubleshooting as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with other team members to prioritize routes based on weather conditions and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in truck driving, including route driving and/or snow removal operations.
• Prior experience operating snowplow trucks with boss front and back blade is a plus.
• Proven track record of reliable and punctual work ethic in demanding weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform the duties required, including lifting heavy equipment or materials when necessary.
