Responsibilities

• Perform precise meat cutting and trimming using various knife skills and tools
• Prepare meat products according to specifications and quality standards
• Package meat items efficiently for retail or wholesale distribution
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health standards
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or customers
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent contamination or accidents during food production

Requirements

• Proven experience in food production, meat cutting, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant environment
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cutting techniques
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads safely
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
