Restaurant Server

Job Summary:
Join our team at Empire Diner, a family-friendly casual dining establishment known for serving delicious food. We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to provide exceptional guest service and contribute to our vibrant dining experience. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding seating
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items
- Take and process accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Address any customer inquiries or special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold food safety standards and practices throughout all aspects of the serving process
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall dining experience
