What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate your team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to all Lennys standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to help everyone succeed.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
• Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, ensuring all procedures are followed.

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in a fast-casual or restaurant setting.
