Server/Cashier

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

• Serve guests with prompt and excellent service

• Greet guests as they enter restaurant with a smile and friendly welcome

• Take guest walk-in or call-in orders

• Wait tables for breakfast, lunch or dinner

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections

• Take customer orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff

• Process payments using cash register and POS system

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure tables are sanitized

• Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed

• Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines

• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers

**Skills:**

• Experience in cash handling within the food industry

• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

• Ability to work efficiently in a restaurant setting

• Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculating bills

• Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas

• Culinary knowledge or experience is a plus

This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
