Alteo is looking for a Level 1 and 2 IT Technician for a contract position based in Laval. Three-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment. 100% on-site. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and software Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely) Train and assist users with internal IT tools Manage IT equipment inventory and stock Diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures Ensure operating systems and software are up to date Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, O365, etc.) Apply internal IT management procedures Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of security rules (updates, Intune deployment, etc.) Participate in the evolution of IT support automation using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra Profile: DEC in IT or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a similar position Proficiency in office environments (Microsoft 365 and Windows 10
