What you'll do

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge to assist guests in making informed choices, including upselling specials and pairings.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.

Preferred qualifications

• Culinary experience or knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous.
• Experience in fine dining settings enhances your ability to cater to diverse clientele.
• Guest relations skills that foster positive interactions and repeat visits.
