Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong skills in sales, negotiation, and project management, capable of developing innovative strategies to identify new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer relationship teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients using CRM software and other tools.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and partnership agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with business development goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze customer data for insights.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging marketing strategies to support business growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management principles and tools is essential.
  • A background in developing innovative solutions for complex business challenges is preferred. Pay: $54, $65,636.45 per year
