In This Role
You will combine business acumen and technical analytics skills to deliver accurate, timely, and visually compelling insights that power enterprise planning decisions.
Your work ensures stakeholders can act quickly on reliable data while continuously advancing automation and AI adoption in planning processes.
This position supports an enterprise planning and analytics program focused on transforming supply-chain data into actionable insights through Power BI, SAP IBP, and AI-driven automation.
The ideal candidate bridges functional supply-chain expertise with technical fluency in analytics tools and modern AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build, debug, and maintain Power BI dashboards integrating multiple enterprise data sources.
- Design, test, and publish SAP IBP Story Analytics for supply, demand, and forecast planning scenarios.
- Partner with AI developers to operationalize Agent AI use cases and Copilot-style experiences within analytics workflows.
- Translate complex planning and forecasting data into clear visuals and KPIs for business users and leadership reports.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and flow charts to ensure repeatable, auditable execution.
- Support ad-hoc modeling in Excel and replicate analytical logic for short-turn stakeholder requests.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply-planning, and data-governance teams to ensure consistent data definitions and report reliability.
- Deliver presentation materials (PowerPoint decks, executive read-outs) highlighting progress, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, planning, or supply-chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Hands-on expertise with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and performance tuning).
- Working knowledge of SAP IBP or equivalent planning tools (e.g., SAP ECC / HANA planning modules).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and model auditing.
- Proven ability to document processes, build flowcharts, and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills in hybrid work environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics (Copilot, Agent AI, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Experience automating data refresh or reporting flows (Power Automate, Python, or VBA).
- Familiarity with forecasting, demand planning, or S&OP cycles.
- Certifications: Power BI, SAP IBP, or PMP/PMI.
- Strong presentation and storytelling capability using PowerPoint or other BI visualization suites.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,000- $100,000 USD annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
