POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direction and supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales organization. This includes Marketing and Sales / Business Development, who are driving new business, and the Strategic Engagements team, which is responsible for client satisfaction and growing accounts. This role plays a key part in the execution of critical sales support functions, ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate precise attention to detail, while supporting process improvements to drive performance. eDiscovery experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, a Sales Operations Senior Analyst:
- Extend beyond day-to-day sales operations tasks to include oversight, analysis, and continuous improvement of processes that support the sales organization's strategic goals.
- Exercise independent judgment to proactively identify, lead, and implement sales process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manage the creation, organization, and governance of sales documents - including Estimates, Proposals, Contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Client Playbooks – ensuring compliance with established standards and alignment with sales leadership direction.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Marketing to align sales tools, policies, and workflows impacting organizational performance.
- Develop, document, and communicate standardized sales processes, tool usage guidelines, and policies to drive adoption and ensure consistency across teams.
- Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of internal sales resources such as SOPs and sales collateral, ensuring accessibility, version control, and continuous relevance to current practices.) version control.

In this capacity, the Sales Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for leading and optimizing core Sales Operations functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment with Cimplifi evolving business objectives. The position exercises discretion and independent judgment in matters of sales process design, policy implementation, and operational execution. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive scalable processes, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across the sales lifecycle. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with Sales leadership and Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver high quality RFP responses that reflect Cimplifi's value proposition and compliance standards.
- Manage and oversee the Conflict Check Process, ensuring timely review, resolution, and adherence to company policy. Lead the coordination and quality assurance of client-facing documents, including Estimates and Proposals, Contract and Statements of Work (SOWs) ensuring consistency with pricing standards, legal requirements, and brand integrity
- Assist Sales and SE teams to support generation within the CLM system.
- Develop, update, and assist to maintain Client Playbooks in consultation with Sales and SE teams' leadership, ensuring accurate translation of client requirements and internal best practices
- Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with current processes, system functionality, and organizational standards
- Oversee Salesforce data governance by managing pipeline reporting, event lead integration, and activity tracking to support accurate business forecasting and strategic decision-making. Coordinate New Client Onboarding activities, serving as a primary operational liaison to ensure a smooth and compliant transition from sales to delivery.
- Provide second-tier subject matter expertise and guidance to end users regarding Salesforce, CLM, and other sales systems. Escalating and resolving complex inquiries as appropriate.
- Lead planning, logistics, and execution for internal and client-facing events, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Act as a first line resource for inquiry resolution from prospects and clients, exercising sound judgment and professionalism in advancing sales and customer relationship objectives.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree required; Focus on Business, Communications, related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently learn, master, and administer multiple enterprise systems and technology platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve processes and outcomes. Minimum of two (2) years' progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, or related analytical functions.
- Prior experience in eDiscovery, legal technology or professional services environments preferred. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and professional documentation.
- Proficient in sales enablement and CRM systems, including Salesforce and related sales technology tools.

Pay: $100, $150,000.00 per year
