QA Automation Engineer
. We are seeking a skilled
QA Automation Engineer
to design and implement automated testing frameworks for web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality through robust automation strategies. You'll do all this in an environment of excellence, trust, and to the highest ethical standards.

This position is required to work on-site in our Chicagoland (Glenview, IL) office most days. Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month and 6 additional Friday PTO days each year And, we offer half-day Fridays - every Friday

This Is What You'll Be Doing

• Design and implement automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop API automation using Postman.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain test environments.
• Perform regression, functional, and smoke testing across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies.
• Partner with QA team members to expand test coverage, share best practices, and continuously improve testing processes.
• Mentor QA team on creation and review of testing automation scripts.
• Complete manual testing as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA automation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and mobile-specific tools (XCUITest/Espresso).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• SmartBear/Test Complete experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills using tools like Jira and Confluence.
