Greystones is seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) developing data analytic, cybersecurity, and IT capabilities. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping existing business processes. In close collaboration with IRS departments, you will develop strategies to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance performance.

Greystones is seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) developing data analytic, cybersecurity, and IT capabilities. In this position you will be responsible for analyzing and mapping existing business processes. In close collaboration with IRS departments, you will develop strategies to streamline processes, improve productivity and enhance performance.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel and develop, plan, test and document products and services.
- Engage with potential customers and identify and evaluate prospective projects.
- Develop and manage milestones, goals, and deliverables for products and services.
- Collaborate with IRS cross functional teams to understand departmental needs and challenges and ensure requirements are met.
- Analyze key metrics to track process efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership to guide decision-making and prioritize process improvements.
- Identify risks, communicate with stakeholders, implementing knowledge management solutions and best practices to enhance project efficiency for continuous improvement.
- Capture, develop and report compliance standards.
