About The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, high-performance front-end applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with product management, back-end engineers, and data teams, you will translate complex product requirements and UX designs into clean, maintainable code. Your work will directly influence the usability and accessibility of our healthcare solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and user expectations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or
• Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces using frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Understanding of accessibility (a11y) standards and best practices
• Experience working with APIs and asynchronous data exchange formats like REST or GraphQL
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, performant, and accessible front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver comprehensive features
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs, ensuring proper data validation and error handling
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to uphold high code quality standards
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help establish best practices for front-end development
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our applications
• Adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities in a fast-growing organization, contributing to various projects as needed
