Job OverviewThe Supply Chain Analyst - NPD is responsible for analyzing, optimizing and transacting supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products for the New Product Development (NPD) organization. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
This role will be located onsite at our Katy, TX facility.
Note: This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You must be a U.S. Citizen or National, U.S. lawful Permanent Resident, person granted Asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a Refugee.
Job Requirements- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relevant dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support demand planning and inventory management through forecasting and modeling for the NPD group
- Collaborate with NPD engineering, Project Management Office (PMO), materials planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain
- Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and tools
- Monitor supplier performance and support vendor evaluation processes for the NPD group
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply disruptions and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Drives results through collaboration, influence and direct reporting relationships
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and peers
- Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external and/or internal individuals
- Actively drives self-improvement related to training, coaching and mentorship from others
- Utilizes lean methodologies to drive business initiatives
- Collaborate with vendors to provide solutions and resolve technical queries
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Excel
- Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Able to deliver quality results with minimal oversight and direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others of diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to shift priorities as business pressures demand

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $89,900 - $134,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
