Role Snapshot:

• Compensation: $85,000–$115,000, depending on experience

• Assess and treat children with speech, language, and feeding needs

• Design innovative, tailored treatment plans and monitor progress

• Work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team

• Explore specialized modalities like myofunctional therapy and literacy-based intervention

• Provide caregiver education to support therapy carryover at home
