The Analyst, Maintenance and Reliability Systems is part of the corporate Operational Excellence team and will work cross-functionally with a variety of Division personnel and corporate functions.  This position will support the continued development and optimization of Martin Marietta's maintenance processes, systems and related solutions. This individual will be a subject matter expert on the JDE maintenance module and related processes and systems, helping to ensure alignment with requirements from field operations and overall program efficiency.  The position will assist with driving continuous improvement and system enhancements, performing decision analysis, improving data and system automation, correctly mapping/configuring master data, and ensuring preventative maintenance is structured and accurate.  The Analyst, Maintenance and Reliability Systems will perform system testing, provide training and assist with other projects as required Responsibilities:  
  • Assist with JDE master data integrity including Fixed Assets, Equipment, Bills of Material, Preventative Maintenance, Job Plans and proper mapping, configuration and completion of data
  • Help identify key gaps/pain points/opportunities in the maintenance processes and systems and lead/assist with projects to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process and system enhancements, specifically as they relate to data capture, automation, efficiency and user experience
  • Help ensure that systems are configured to support efficient data capture, maintenance scheduling, planning and execution
  • Support end users through proactive follow up and resolution of maintenance system questions and issues
  • Develop and provide end user training to improve companywide system knowledge and maintenance standards
  • Deliver end user training to improve companywide knowledge, standards and best practices
  • Assist in creating procedures, standards and work instructions related to maintenance processes and systems
  • Perform all activities in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business Conduct
  •   Requirements:  
  • Undergraduate degree in STEM, manufacturing, finance or other relevant technical field, industrial engineering (preferred), 2+ years' experience
  • Background working with the design and implementation of systems (maintenance system (CMMS) experience preferred)
  • Strong project management, organizational, analytical skills and solid understanding of process improvement fundamentals
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people and functions
  • Aptitude in core MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.)
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
