Power Bi Developer

Location: Fully On-Site near Miami Airport (Local Candidates Only)

Type: Long-Term Contract

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Must be willing to work overtime when needed)

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong financial modeling and data visualization skills to join our team. This is a fully on-site role near Miami Airport, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.

• Perform detailed analysis of source systems and model data in Power BI.
• Design, develop, and test Power BI scripts to import and transform data.
• Understand business requirements and develop accurate data models.
• Work with Financial Performance Reporting tools such as SQL, DAX, MDX, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Create and maintain reporting cubes; connect to various data sources and transform data for BI.
• Prepare data for conversion through mapping, translation rules, and cleaning.
• Facilitate meetings to gather business and data requirements and translate them into reporting specifications (e.g., Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, Market Share, KPI dashboards).
• Utilize SQL queries, SSRS, SSIS, OLAP, and ETL frameworks for data management.

• 3+ years of Business Planning experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, macros, VBA).
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Valuation concepts (NPV, DCF, IRR).
• Experience in financial modeling and decision-making based on models.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.

This is a Contract position based out of MIAMI, FL.

The pay range for this position is $ $58.43/hr.
