On top of earning competitive pay of up to $85k per year, depending on experience, you can receive spiffs and commission

REQUIREMENTS

NATE certification or an HVAC diploma would be preferred. Here are the minimum qualifications:

• EPA certification and TDLR registration
• 3+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all brands of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems
• Experience in a leadership position
• Physical ability to work from heights, get in small crawl spaces, carry ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
