Training Coordinator
for our
Transformation Team.
We're looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented professional to help power our immersive Operations and Sales training program, designed to develop the people within our company. Known as the "Clave," this program delivers hands-on, high-impact learning experiences that drive growth and performance. This is a hands-on role for someone driven, organized, and ready to make a meaningful impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage all logistical and administrative aspects of Clave training events, including venue setup, participant registration, materials preparation, and on-site coordination.
• Maintain and update the Clave Playbook, ensuring all lesson plans, checklists, content, and after-action reports are standardized and current.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact ("anchor") during events, ensuring smooth delivery and strong participant engagement.
• Develop and manage the master training calendar, tracking event schedules, facilitator assignments, and resource needs.
• Partner with Clavemasters and the Transformation Office to design and deliver immersive learning experiences that reinforce the company's operational excellence principles ("Fighting Guides").
• Work closely with HR and Operations/Sales leaders to capture development insights and integrate outcomes into ongoing employee development plans.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, readiness, and accountability before, during, and after each event.

Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ideal for a recent college graduate or an individual with 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, event management, operations, or related field.
• Ability to travel 50% for the first 6 months to be on site for day of events. Travel will transition to 25% after 6 months or so.
• Experience in manufacturing, glass/aluminum, construction, or other industrial environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with urgency and precision.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and facilitation support preferred.
