Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly, supporting our chefs and kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a smooth workflow in the dining area.
• Collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food preparation and service.
• Follow food handling safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Help with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including assisting in banquet or catering events.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring that all kitchen supplies are organized and readily available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
