Job Summary:
The Corporate Wellness Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the corporate services operations, and nutrition department. This role is responsible for ensuring Forbes Five-Star service standards, managing day-to-day operations, developing strategic wellness programming, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team.The ideal candidate will be a Board Certified Health Coach.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the corporate services and nutrition departments.
- Maintain Forbes Five-Star standards across all wellness services.
- Act as primary liaison between corporate clients and the property's General Manager.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate with the property's Director of Engineering to ensure all physical assets are maintained.
Financial & Strategic Management
- Establish, manage, and achieve financial goals, including budget, revenue, and expense targets.
- Monitor and staff to meet operational and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to maintain a competitive position in the marketplace.
- Implement sales strategies and set goals for staff.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Recommend additional services enhance the member experience.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training workshops.
- Ensure staff compliance with all licensing, safety, and service standards.
- Foster a culture of motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Marketing & Programming
- Develop and implement seasonal and monthly wellness programs to drive engagement.
- Create marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with property leadership.
- Represent Arch Amenities Group professionally at property and community events.
- Provide services from the corporate menu in accordance with current licensure and certifications.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful wellness management experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- Board Certified Health Coach preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
