Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate various Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and equipment in compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support bussing duties as needed, ensuring tables are cleared promptly for new guests.
• Assist with hosting duties when required, welcoming guests and managing reservations through systems like OpenTable.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. We can train.
• Familiarity with dining standards and guest relations is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
