Bradford Hills is offering a unique Baylor Program for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This flexible schedule gives you a consistent weekend commitment plus one weekday, while still rewarding you with extra paid hours.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Work every Saturday & Sunday plus one additional weekday
• Hours: 3×12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly)
• Compensation: Paid for 40 hours (4 extra bonus hours weekly)
• Shifts available: 7a–7p or 7p–7a
• Full-time benefits included

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and on time
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes promptly
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
• Clinical knowledge, reliability, and strong organizational skills
• Team player with a dedication to resident-centered care
