Job Description:

Support brand strategy and omnichannel marketing initiatives for a key Air Care brand, ensuring alignment across consumer touchpoints and driving media-to-cart performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Execute brand communication strategies and marketing plans
• Develop campaign assets and ensure consistency across channels
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on messaging and creative
• Use insights to drive media planning and omnichannel tactics
• Support fragrance program analysis and trade narrative development
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and marketing budgets

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5–7 years in marketing, ideally in Client or retail
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Basic P&L understanding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Nielsen data
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Exposure to prompting AI tools
