We are now looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to help accelerate our commercial expansion, strengthen our global pipeline and support our mission of enabling better consumer-driven innovation around the world.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing global sales organization.

In this dual inbound–outbound role, you will be responsible for:

  • responding to and qualifying inbound leads,
  • initiating outbound outreach to targeted prospects,
  • maintaining the overall health of our CRM operations,

You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, uncover their needs, and help build a strong sales pipeline.  This is a high-impact position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is excited to grow a career in sales.

Inbound Lead Conversion

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from web forms, marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Maintain fast response times and strong follow-up cadences to maximize conversion of inbound interest
  • Qualify inbound leads using defined criteria to determine fit, priority, and next steps
  • Route qualified inbound opportunities and ensure smooth handoff and schedule meetings
  • Perform ongoing data hygiene to keep CRM and lead records accurate and up to date.

Outbound Prospecting

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on ICP and market segments
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, social selling, and other prospecting channels
  • Following up on non-responsive MQLs (where inbound stalled and outbound picks up)
  • Execute structured cadences and multi-touch sequences to generate new business opportunities
  • Nurture early-stage prospects through consistent follow-ups and value-driven engagement.
