Pricing and Proposals Manager

Vaco is seeking a Pricing and Proposals Manager for a growing organization located in North Scottsdale.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies-cost-plus, value-based, and competitive-to drive profitability and support market positioning.
• Analyze production costs, supply chain dynamics, and market trends to guide timely, data-driven pricing decisions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and production teams to create effective pricing structures, discounts, and compelling customer proposals.
• Monitor pricing performance, conduct competitive analysis, and present strategy recommendations to senior leadership to support revenue and margin goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics is required.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing, strategic finance or revenue management experience is required.
• 2+ years of cost accounting experience is required.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing pricing strategies that improve profitability in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and supply chain demands.
• Strong analytical skills and someone who can help with process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Experience with ERP Systems.
• Hybrid work schedule/ remote 3 days out of a 2-week period.
• Salary $110k-$130k base salary
