Become a key member of our Fulfillment team in Tampa, Florida! We are seeking motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to support our expanding logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your accuracy and efficiency are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You will work with warehouse management systems and equipment to manage inventory and process orders. This position requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Contribute to team efforts and support departmental goals.
- Troubleshoot and report any issues or discrepancies.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of warehouse equipment.
- Must adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
