Your day-to-day activities will include moving materials, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. We prioritize the well-being of our employees, providing all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires the ability to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and perform other physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers with efficiency and care.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise within the warehouse.
- Assist in picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Move materials and products using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if trained).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and common areas.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Inspect equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, labor, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and equipment.
