We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key player in our logistics and e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, ensuring that every item is picked, packed, and shipped with care. Your day-to-day tasks will involve using RF scanners to pick items, carefully packing them for transit, labeling packages, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also be involved in receiving incoming goods, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Safety is paramount, and all team members are required to follow strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanning technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Process and manage returned items.
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming stock.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks, including repetitive lifting.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE correctly.
