We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be a key player in our warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately, stocking shelves, receiving inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position is vital to our logistics success, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will work with a team to ensure efficiency and uphold our high standards for quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Support the broader logistics and supply chain functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
