Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are seeking motivated individuals to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials throughout the facility, ensuring timely delivery to production lines or shipping docks. Your primary duties will include receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory, as well as picking and packing orders for outbound shipment. This position plays a crucial role in the overall success of our logistics chain. You'll work closely with other warehouse personnel and supervisors to maintain optimal workflow and inventory accuracy. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is paramount to our operations and your safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) to move materials.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
  • Identify and report damaged or missing inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety glasses and gloves.
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization.
  • Must be capable of moderate to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, regularly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
