Join our team as a Warehouse Technician in Madison, Wisconsin, where you will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our warehouse facilities. This role requires a blend of technical skills and hands-on warehouse experience. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, such as conveyor systems, forklifts, and automated storage units, to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. You will also be involved in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs. Ensuring a high level of Safety throughout the warehouse is paramount; you will be expected to identify and mitigate potential hazards, enforce safety regulations, and ensure all personnel use appropriate PPE . This position may involve some manual tasks, including Lifting and moving of parts and equipment. A strong understanding of warehouse machinery and preventative maintenance is highly desirable. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations by keeping our infrastructure in top condition.
