We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Proper handling of materials to prevent damage during logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper lifting techniques.
