Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Load and unload materials from trucks when necessary.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse and logistics processes.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork.
