Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
  • Inspect items for damage and ensure quality control before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Must be comfortable with Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
