Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position is vital to our logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, shelves, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Follow instructions for proper Lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Support the overall logistics and distribution efforts of the company.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns.
- Assist in maintaining an orderly stockroom and warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics functions.
