We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers for our Sacramento, California location. Your responsibilities will span various essential tasks, including receiving and putting away inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Sort and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring organization.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area according to warehouse standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general warehouse duties to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to help out where needed.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
