We are excited to announce an opening for a Distribution Center Associate in Denver, Colorado. As a core member of our logistics team, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient handling and movement of goods. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Put away received inventory into designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and system updates.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Properly utilize all required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and operations.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Commitment to safety and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
