Job Summary:
Join our growing team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a Material Handler! We are a leading logistics company looking for a dependable individual to manage the flow of goods within our warehouse. In this role, you'll be essential to our day-to-day operations, ensuring materials are handled, stored, and moved efficiently and safely. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and sort incoming materials.
  • Transport materials to and from various locations within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks with care and precision.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Ensure all materials are stored correctly and organized efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Document material movement and data entry into the inventory system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
  • Capability for consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be comfortable with physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending for extended durations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with scanning equipment and WMS is a plus.
