As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves according to customer orders, ensuring that every item is accounted for and handled with care. Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or electronic devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform tasks that involve significant Lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to the overall speed and accuracy of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols is essential.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and sometimes demanding logistics environment.
