Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, and order picking.
- Accurately fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and data entry.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
- Be prepared for regular lifting and physical tasks.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of PPE requirements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
