Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable and rewarding opportunity in Fort Worth, Texas? We are actively recruiting skilled individuals to operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is critical to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all company policies and OSHA standards is of utmost importance. Proper use of PPE and a keen eye for potential hazards are essential. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and case goods to and from designated warehouse areas.
- Stack and retrieve stock efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on forklifts.
- Identify and report any damages to products or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict Safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper Lifting techniques are used and follow all safety guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE .
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator certification. Proven experience operating various types of forklifts. High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety . Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting . Familiarity with Logistics procedures. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Adherence to all safety regulations and the consistent use of PPE .
