We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming goods, as well as picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be ensuring order accuracy and maintaining inventory records. You will also be involved in general warehouse maintenance, keeping the facility clean, organized, and safe for all personnel. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of required PPE is mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to Safety standards.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management. Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced Logistics environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
