Job Summary:
Join our innovative team in Las Vegas, Nevada as an Inventory Control Specialist . This critical role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. This position requires a sharp analytical mind, a methodical approach, and a deep understanding of inventory management best practices within a **Logistics** setting. We are looking for someone who can identify trends, implement process improvements, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. A strong commitment to **Safety** and adherence to **PPE** guidelines are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with data to drive informed decisions. This role involves regular **Lifting** of inventory items and requires a high level of accuracy. You will play a key part in reducing inventory loss and improving order fulfillment accuracy. Experience with WMS software is highly desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a leading distribution center.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to ensure stock availability.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and policies.
  • Manage stock rotation (e.g., FIFO/LIFO) to minimize obsolescence.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all inventory movements in the WMS.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory issues.
  • Maintain a safe and organized inventory storage environment.
  • Adhere to all **Safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
  • Assist with **Lifting** and moving inventory as needed for counts and organization.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of **Logistics** operations through effective inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in WMS software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data.
  • Familiarity with warehouse **Safety** standards and **PPE**.
  • Experience with **Lifting** and handling inventory.
  • Understanding of **Logistics** principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
