We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our busy facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributes significantly to our logistics network. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. A commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail are essential requirements. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a team to meet daily operational targets and ensure accuracy in all tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic work setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stage orders for outgoing shipment and load trucks as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures meticulously.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Ensure correct use of PPE , such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor and repeated Lifting .
- Familiarity with general logistics procedures.
